Frequently Asked Questions
If you have selected Pick Up you will be contacted by Stellar Discs to let you know when your order is available for pick up at our address. We will arrange a time for you to meet as we do not have a store front.
*We can sometimes schedule to have your order with us while out at local courses or other events. If it is convenient then there is no charge. If you are wanting us to meet you somewhere for drop off please select Local Delivery. There is a $5 fee for this option.
If you have selected Local Delivery and given your delivery address, you will be contacted by Stellar Discs to let you know what day your order will be on route.
Shipping on Vancouver Island should arrive in 2-4 business days. Shipping Canada wide could take 5-10 business days.
